Step One: Qualifications and Documents
Qualifications
- Three years’ worth of hands-on experience within the last five years
- Willing to work various, including weekends and holidays
- A strong work ethic
- Dependable when working alone or in a team
- A positive attitude
- Compassionate and energetic
Documents
- Resume
- Government-issued ID picture
- Social Security Card
- Complete work history from the last five years
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Current TB clearance (within 1 year) or Chest X-ray
- Certification: Current CNA/GNA, RN LPN, Medication Tech License
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States (Green Card, Employment Authorization, US Passport)
We will not accept photocopies or expired documents. All documents have to be presented upon application.
Step Two: Face-to-Face Interview
Every candidate goes through a comprehensive interview and with our staff.
Step Three: Reference Checking and Approval
We contact your employer within the last two years for a reference check. We also conduct:
- Criminal Background Checks
- Social Security Number Verification
- Board of Nursing Disciplinary Action Checks
Step Four: Introductory Business Meeting/Orientation
After successfully completing the prior steps, you will meet with ROSEWOOD HOME CARE’s administrator for orientation. You will be introduced to the mission of our agency and what we expect from you to help us achieve it.
